Happiness & Health Week @ Indu - New Yoga Course

Sri Sri Yoga course beginning Dec 10^th.  There are 3 batches arranged for your convenience.  This is a beginner’s course (Level 1).   Please see the attachment for full details and the course benefits.

Adult Batch 1 (Ages 14 yrs and above)

Date:  Dec 10^th to Dec 14th

Timing: 6AM to 8:30AM

 

Adult Batch 2 (Ages 14 yrs and above)

Date:  Dec 10^th to Dec 14th

Timing:  10:30AM to 1PM

 

Kids Batch (Age 8 yrs to 13 yrs)

Date:  Dec 10^th to Dec 14th

Timing:  6PM to 8PM
