Happiness & Health Week @ Indu - New Yoga Course

Sri Sri Yoga course beginning Dec 10th.  There are 3 batches arranged for your convenience.  This is a beginner’s course (Level 1).   Please see the attachment for full details and the course benefits.
Adult Batch 1 (Ages 14 yrs and above)
Date:  Dec 10th to Dec 14th
Timing: 6AM to 8:30AM
 
Adult Batch 2 (Ages 14 yrs and above)
Date:  Dec 10th to Dec 14th
Timing:  10:30AM to 1PM
 
Kids Batch (Age 8 yrs to 13 yrs)
Date:  Dec 10th to Dec 14th
Timing:  6PM to 8PM

Q. After putting our botherations in the ‘ botheration basket’ how do they get over? #SriSri: It gets over, right? How does it happen that you leave it to me. How many have experienced this that your botherations got solved? Everyone raised their hands.) Just by putting your botherations it is taken care, you continue doing that. I will tell you this secret later. When you feel like everyone is your own and when you do not want anything for yourself then you become capable of doing everybody’s work.
